The EastSherman and WestSherman landing pages collect your email address, the offer and brand you selected, the time of your request, and your consent to receive that offer’s three-email series.

How your request is used

Requests are stored in the website’s hosted database. Email delivery is not enabled in this preview. When enabled, the selected brand uses your request to send the three details emails you asked for. A request for one brand does not subscribe you to the other brand or a general newsletter.

Stopping emails

Each delivered email will include a unique unsubscribe link. You can stop that offer’s email series at any time. Email unsubscribe and paid-plan cancellation are separate; subscription cancellation belongs in Manage subscription.

Hosting and payments

The hosting provider processes website requests. A short-lived, hashed network identifier is used to limit form abuse; rate-limit records expire after an hour and are cleared on later submissions. Email request records are not sold. When checkout is enabled, Stripe handles payment information; these pages do not collect card numbers.

Before public launch

The operating business’s legal name, support and privacy contact, mailing address, retention schedule, and email provider must be supplied before these pages accept public subscriptions or begin email delivery. This preview is not a complete privacy notice for the future AI services. That notice must describe the actual agent platform and connected systems chosen for delivery.
