How we compared them
We looked at each tool through the same questions a contractor would ask:
- What it does with old or open quotes. Does it call stalled estimates, past customers, or both?
- Channels. Voice calls, text messages, or both.
- Where contacts come from. CRM sync, a list upload, or one reviewed source from your own business.
- Booking. Whether it books into your calendar or hands the customer back to your team.
- Consent. What the vendor says about how permission to call is recorded or checked.
- Pricing. Whether a price is published, and what it is.
What we didn't do: we didn't test call quality or results for any of these tools. So there are no ratings or scores, and the order below is alphabetical, not a ranking.

Each tool in brief
AutoRev
AutoRev sells a full AI front office for service businesses. Its pricing page says every plan includes a voice agent that answers calls 24/7, SMS and follow-up agents, estimate and invoice building, "dead-quote rehash," review requests, and two-way sync with field-service and CRM systems. Its ServiceTitan page describes reworking dead estimates over voice and SMS. AutoRev is priced custom, with no public tiers, and quotes on a demo call. New customers start with a 14-day free trial.
Fits best if you want one system to answer calls, text, build estimates and chase old quotes, all synced to your field-service software.
Check before you buy: the custom price, and the trial and contract terms. For a closer look, see EastSherman vs Havec vs AutoRev.
EastSherman AI Follow-Up Rep
The AI Follow-Up Rep makes voice callbacks to contacts from one reviewed source from your own business. Every contact needs recorded permission for the configured AI call and is reviewed before a call. It answers only approved questions, then offers your booking link or records a team request. It does not confirm a calendar booking. Customer SMS and email sequences are off, and it doesn't answer inbound calls. The price is published: $197/month for one business with 600 minutes, or $1,967/year, with no setup fee.
Fits best if you want a published price, voice-only callbacks and a consent review on every contact.
Not a fit if you need CRM sync, texting, calendar booking, inbound answering or list uploads.
Check before you buy: that your enquiry source is supported. You can try the live quote demo with one of your own quotes first.
Havec
Havec follows up on open quotes and estimates with AI calls and optional texts. It works with Jobber quotes and Housecall Pro estimates, and it checks the connected CRM before contacting a customer, so someone who already accepted doesn't get chased. Pricing and scope questions go to your office. Havec says plainly that its AI does not negotiate prices or offer discounts. It doesn't publish a standalone price and gives a custom quote after a demo.
Fits best if you run Jobber or Housecall Pro and want calls plus optional texts on open quotes, with CRM rechecks.
Check before you buy: the custom quote. For a closer look, see EastSherman vs Havec vs AutoRev.
HelloSetter
HelloSetter calls new leads and offers a "Call old leads" feature. You upload a CSV of people who asked for a quote and never booked, up to 5,000 per upload, and its AI calls each one up to 7 times over a week and books interested people into your calendar. To be fair to them, HelloSetter asks you to confirm with a checkbox that everyone uploaded asked for a quote or agreed to phone contact, and it checks do-not-call lists. Published tiers start at $697/month, with no setup fees and month-to-month terms.
Fits best if you have a list of past quotes to upload and want calendar booking at a published tier price.
Check before you buy: which tier's booked-appointment count fits your volume. See our full EastSherman vs HelloSetter comparison.
MediaBloom
MediaBloom builds custom AI systems. Its home-services reactivation page says it re-engages past customers and old estimates across voice and text, and books work directly into your calendar or field-service software. MediaBloom doesn't publish a price. Its pricing page says it scopes each system to your volume, channels and integrations, then gives a custom quote.
Fits best if you want voice and text reactivation of past customers and estimates, booked straight into your field-service software, and you're open to a custom build.
Check before you buy: the custom quote, and what's included in the build.
Open
Open is an AI customer-support platform with a contractors offering. Its contractors page says it dials follow-ups on quotes at 3, 7 and 14 days, and it also answers inbound calls. It lists integrations with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, HubSpot and Salesforce. Pricing is per resolution: $0.75 to $0.90, plus carrier minutes at cost, which Open says run under $0.10 per resolution.
Fits best if you want inbound answering plus scheduled quote follow-up, priced per resolution, with CRM sync.
Check before you buy: how a "resolution" is counted for your mix of calls.

Kizenbot lists Voice Calling AI at $697/month plus a $1,500 setup fee (kizenbot.com). It's aimed at calling new leads quickly rather than following up on old quotes, so we left it out of the table.
Nisra has per-store tiers starting at $199/month, plus $1,000 onboarding per location (nisra.ai/pricing). It's built for multi-location stores rather than contractors.
DIY voice-agent platforms let you build your own calling agent. They can work if you have the time and technical skill, but we didn't check their prices, so we haven't listed any.
Questions to ask any vendor before you buy
- Where do contacts come from, and do I need a CRM for this to work?
- Does it text customers, and do my customers actually want texts?
- Does it book straight into my calendar, or hand the customer back to my team?
- How is permission for AI calls recorded and checked? The FCC treats AI-generated voices as "artificial" voices under the TCPA (FCC-24-17). Ask your own attorney about your forms.
- What happens when my minutes or volume run out? Does it stop, or bill overages?
- Is there a setup fee, an onboarding fee or a contract?
- Can I hear a demo call using one of my own quotes?
