EastSherman vs Havec vs AutoRev: which fits your quote follow-up?

Pricing, channels, CRM sync and consent for three ways to follow up on contractor quotes.

By EastSherman · Facts checked: October 25, 2026

Havec and AutoRev are CRM-connected AI front offices that answer calls, text and follow up on quotes, and both quote custom prices after a demo. EastSherman's AI Follow-Up Rep makes voice-only callbacks to reviewed, consented contacts from one source, at a published $197/month. Choose by whether you need CRM sync and texting or a flat-priced follow-up rep.

Pricing: what each one publishes

EastSherman. $197 a month for one business with 600 connected minutes (10 hours), or $1,967 billed yearly, which works out to $163.92 a month. There's no setup fee, no overage charges and no rollover. Practice calls count toward your minutes, and you get alerts at 80%, 90% and 100%.

Havec. Its quote follow-up FAQ says, "There is no published standalone price" (havec.ai/quote-follow-up). Its answering-service cost page says, "Havec publishes no price and quotes after a free 20-minute demo" (havec.ai/answering-service-cost).

AutoRev. Its pricing page says it's "priced custom to your business, so there are no public tiers," with a quote on a short demo call. New customers start with a 14-day free trial (autorev.ai/pricing).

If a published price matters to you, EastSherman is the only one of the three that lists one. That doesn't tell you which costs more for your shop. Custom pricing can land anywhere, so ask each vendor for a number in writing.

How each one handles old and open quotes

EastSherman

The AI Follow-Up Rep works through a queue of reviewed, consented contacts from one source from your own business. The queue is checked every five minutes, up to five jobs per run, during your approved calling windows. Timing isn't guaranteed. On the call, Maya or Miles, both clearly AI, answers only the questions you've approved. Then the rep offers your booking link or records a request for your team. Every outcome lands in a 30-day private call history, and your team gets email notices. More detail: how the callback queue works.

Before any call goes out, each contact needs recorded permission for the configured AI call, and each one is reviewed. A quote or past purchase alone is not consent, and purchased cold lists are excluded. Customer texts and email sequences are off, so a homeowner hears from you by phone only. If you'd rather make some calls yourself, our quote follow-up call script covers what to say.

Havec

Havec says it "follows up on open quotes and estimates with AI calls and optional texts." It "checks the connected CRM before contacting the customer, records the outcome and hands pricing questions to your office" (source). Havec says its AI doesn't negotiate prices or offer discounts. For reactivation, its home page says, "Old leads and past customers get a staged text sequence, then an AI call" (havec.ai).

AutoRev

AutoRev's home page says it "chases unsold quotes until they close" (autorev.ai), and its plans include "dead-quote rehash." Its ServiceTitan page describes reworking dead estimates with follow-up "over voice and SMS" (autorev.ai/servicetitan).

Where the three really differ

Strip away the feature lists and the choice comes down to three questions.

Do you need your phones answered? Havec and AutoRev both describe 24/7 inbound answering as part of the product. EastSherman doesn't answer inbound calls at all. If missed calls are your main leak, a follow-up-only tool won't fix that on its own. Read AI receptionist vs AI follow-up rep to see why they're different jobs.

Do you want it wired into your CRM? Havec works from Jobber quotes and Housecall Pro estimates and rechecks the CRM before each contact. AutoRev describes two-way sync with many field-service systems. EastSherman works from one reviewed source from your own business and lists no CRM integrations, so there's less to connect, and less that updates automatically.

Do your customers want texts? Both Havec and AutoRev describe texting as part of follow-up. EastSherman follows up by voice only. Some homeowners prefer a text. Others would rather settle a question in a two-minute call. You know your customers best.

Who each one fits

  • Havec may fit HVAC, plumbing or electrical shops on Housecall Pro or Jobber that want 24/7 answering, texting and booking, plus quote follow-up, in one setup.
  • AutoRev may fit shops that want one broad AI system covering answering, SMS, estimates, invoices, reviews and quote rehash, synced to ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro or other field-service software.
  • EastSherman may fit owners who want only follow-up calls, voice only, at a published flat price, with a consent review on every contact. It also fits teams that already handle inbound calls another way.

EastSherman is not a fit if you need CRM sync, texting, calendar booking, inbound answering, or more than 600 connected minutes a month for one business.
